No identifiable data leaves your device
Names, addresses, birth dates and any free-text identifiers are stripped before any AI request.
Pseudonymization by design
The AI only receives case IDs (e.g. Case A-104), structured tags and de-identified notes.
End-to-end encrypted storage
Case files are encrypted at rest with a key derived from your practice credentials.
EU-hosted, no training on your data
AI processing runs on EU infrastructure. Your content is never used to train models.
GDPR & BDSG aligned
Data processing agreements, purpose limitation and audit logs are built into the workflow.
Therapist stays in control
Every AI output is a suggestion. Nothing is saved to the record without your explicit approval.
MOSAIC is designed to support therapists while keeping sensitive information protected. Clinical responsibility always remains with the treating professional.
This is not an AI therapist. MOSAIC supports preparation and documentation. It does not diagnose, does not treat, and does not make clinical decisions. The therapeutic relationship and clinical responsibility remain fully with the practitioner.
